Adjustment Service - $80
- diagnosis of problems and estimate of new parts needed, including measuring chain and cassette wear
- adjustment of gears, brakes, headset, hubs, bottom bracket
- inspection of brake pads, cables, tyres, etc
- chain is lubricated
- tyres are inflated
- bike is test ridden
- a simple written report on work done is provided
- includes fitting of any parts needed for the service (parts extra)
Full Service - $150
- broad diagnosis of problems and estimate of new parts needed, including measuring chain and cassette wear
- drivetrain is thoroughly cleaned in solvent and lubricated
- all bearing assemblies and moving parts are disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and reassembled with fresh grease
- gears are adjusted, including aligning of the rear derailleur hanger
- bottom bracket and headset are checked, adjusted, and if needed, greased
- bike is cleaned, tyres are inflated
- brakes are adjusted including buffing pads
- all bolts tightened to correct torque
- includes wheel truing
- bike is test ridden
- a written report on work done is provided
- includes fitting of any parts needed for the service (parts extra)
Wheelbuilding - $60 per wheel (parts extra)
- we use quality DT Swiss and Sapim stainless-steel spokes
- we carry a range of proprietary spokes such as for Mavic and Shimano wheelsets
